My Serial number isn’t recognised with the message, ‘unable to activate: Invalid Serial Number’

This means that you are not entering the serial number correctly, or you are entering the wrong serial number for the product.

For example, ensure that you are entering O’s  (letter) and 0’s (number) correctly.

Also, ensure that you are not trying to use the Hazard Perception key when running the Theory Test program.
