Software stops responding when starting Practice or Mock Theory Test

If you are using The Windows PC DVD or Digital Download product, try turning all the audio functions off within the software:

  1. Start the software
  2. Select "Theory Test"
  3. Login
  4. Select "Settings, Audio" and set all options to Off/None then save settings
