Please note that this article does NOT apply to DTS-Anytime online service accounts.
When you create a user within the DTS Windows software supplied either on a PC-DVD or as a digital download you can optionally assign that user a password.
If a password is assigned to the user then it must be entered each time the user logs into the DTS software - if you forget the password you cannot login.
You can either:
- Create a new user. The new user will not retain any of the previous user's learning history
- Contact Support with a view to allowing remote access to your PC in order to clear the password.
Please note in your message to support that you have forgotten the password for your DTS software on your Windows PC.
