This issue is related to your windows installation- it occurs if the Date or Time formats change after you start using the Driving Test Success software so that the current date and time format doesn't match the format in which dates and times of past use of the DTS software are stored.

You should revert the Windows date and time formats back to how they were set when you previously used the DTS software as follows:
If you have Windows 7/8/8.1/10:
First, take a note of the error message and then close the DTS software, then...
- Open Windows "Control Panel":
- Click "Start", "Control Panel"
- Set "View: Category"
- Press the "Windows" and "Q" keys at the same time (to open Windows Search
- Type "Control Panel"
- Click on "Control Panel" in the search results
- Right click the Windows "Start" icon (lower left corner) and select "Control Panel" from the menu.
- Set "View by: Category"
- Windows 7:
- Windows 8:
- Windows 8.1, 10 or 10 Anniversary Update (1607):
- Windows 10 Creators Update (1703) or later:
- Press the "Windows" and "R" keys to show the Windows "Run" dialog
- Type "control" and press ENTER
- Click "Clock, Language, Region".
- Click "Change the date, time, or number format" link in the "Region and Language" or "Region" section.
- Click the "Additional Settings..." button.
- Click the "Date" tab:
- Select the closest match to the date shown in the error message from the "Short date" format selection:
For example: - If the date in the error message reads "14/05/2016" or "14-05-2016" set Short Date:"dd/MM/yyyy"
- If the date in the error message reads "14/05/16" or "14-05-16" set Short Date:"dd/MM/yy"
- If the date separator ("-" or "/") isn't what was shown in the error message, click on the "/" or "-" character in the "Short date" format string and edit it as appropriate to match the character in the error message.
- Click the "Apply" button.
- Click the "Time" tab:
- Select the closest match to the time shown in the error message from the "Long time" format selection:
For example: - If the time in the error message reads "15:16:16" set Time format:"HH:mm:ss"
- If the time in the error message reads "3:16:16 PM" set Time format:"h:mm:ss tt"
- Click the "Apply" button:
- Click the "OK" button repeatedly to close all dialogs.
- Close Control Panel.
- Restart Windows.
- Start the DTS software again
