If "Could not render clip: Data\Video\Hazard Perception\Test\Test Introduction\Test Introduction.WMV" (shown below) is reported when starting a Hazard Perception Mock Test, check that you have a headphone/speaker cable connected to your PC's speaker socket then restart the program and try again.
