In the event that your Pass Guarantee account has not been accessed within the last 12 months our system will notify you via email to prompt you to record some activity, to prevent your account from being marked as inactive and deleted.
First, rest assured that the deletion of your Pass Guarantee account will have no impact on your ability to access the Theory Test 4 in 1 app. So long as you continue to use the a device on the platform (Android or Apple iOS) for which you purchased the app and continue to use the same email address for your app store account you can continue to use the Theory Test 4 in 1 app, even if your Pass Guarantee account is deleted.
If you wish to keep your Pass Guarantee account, please follow the steps below within 7 days from the point in which you receive the email titled: "Your Pass Guarantee progress will be deleted in 7 days".
- Launch the Theory 4 in 1 App and tap the "Pass Guarantee" option from the top of the main app screen to check that your account is still synced with your app.
- If you are not already signed into your account, select the option to "Recover now" and follow the steps to restore your account.
- Once you have confirmed that your Pass Guarantee account is signed in, please complete a practise revision set of questions from within the "Theory Test" section of the app.
- Return to the "Pass Guarantee" section and select the "Settings" option which looks like a gear cog and tap "Backup my progress".
This will record your activity onto the server and mark your account as active and therefore no longer on the present list to be removed.
