Software crashes on selecting Theory Test "Practice" or "Mock Test"

The main thing that can cause this is a failure to play the voice-over audio.
To confirm this please:
  1. Start the software
  2. Select "Theory Test"
  3. Login
  4. Select "Settings, Sound" and set all options to Off/None then save settings
  5. Try the "Learn by practicing" or "Mock Test" option again.
If the issue persists, please collect a diagnostic report using this utility.  The utility will display a form for you to complete with details of the symptom and then save the diagnostic report.
Please attach the .DIAG file (which is a renamed .ZIP file, if you want to look inside and check the information being sent to us) to a new support ticket.
