Why haven’t I received my email to activate my account?

When we send out the emails, they go to the email address that you have provided to us. If you have not received it, it could be because you provided the wrong email address or because our email got caught by your or your ISP's spam filter. The email does not contain any attachments, but it is formatted in HTML and it does contain a web link. We work hard to ensure that all of our emails get through, but if you haven't received yours, you should check your spam filter / junk email folder. You can force the registration email to be resent by attempting to login and clicking on the "re-send activation email" link.
